Cooked slow, seasoned bold, served warm.

Kori's is where Guwahati comes for the real thing — sticky rice pressed into seaweed by hand, gochujang stews that quietly simmer for hours, and lunch trays that arrive with nine little dishes tucked around them. It's cozy, it's a little cinematic, and it tastes like someone's grandmother in Busan is very proud of us.
